Friday Fun: Mint Tropical Smoothie Recipe

Peppermint is revitalizing, energizing and refreshing. It encourages positivity & revives depleted energy and that’s why it’s the March essential oil for real life… and this smoothie is  a great, fun way to get more mint into you and your family this month.
Along with the health benefits of mint, pineapple is one of the top 10 anti-inflammation foods and bananas, among many other things, can relieve muscle cramps.
Coconut water contains two minerals that help balance fluids in the body, sodium and potassium. “The big deal about coconut water is that it packs a potassium punch,” says  Andrea Giancoli , registered dietitian and spokesperson for The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. It’s a natural source, she adds.
