Mixing it up in the bread department today… one of my favs to make as a kid, Peanut-butter bread. It’s a quick bread, not too sweet. Perfect for breakfast, toasted with jam of course.
Drop everything into a mixing bowl
Mix until smooth - except for peanuts if you're using chunky peanut-butter (which we prefer)
Spoon into a bread pan and back for 50 minutes at 350.
Cool completely on a rack
Enjoy... we like it best toasted with jam for breakfast!
