19 Feb Aromatherapy Blend: Meditation Support
As a Quaker and Yogi, I know how difficult is can be to settle my mind into a clear and connected space for meditation. As a massage therapist, I have personally experienced how powerful mediation can be to healing the mind, body, heart and soul. This aromatherapy blend can be used to help settle your mind from the all the busyness and to-dos of the day.
Affirmation: I am grounded and clear. I am connected to The Great Divine. My mind supports the healing of my body and heart.
Place 5 drops of this blend into a diffuser near where you want to meditate or rub 2 drops into your temples as you settle into your meditation.
- 30 drops Balsam Fir Essential Oil (EO)
- 15 drops Frankincense EO
- 15 drops Sandalwood EO
- 8 drops Helichrysm EO (also known as Immortelle)
- 3 drops Melissa EO

Fir Balsam is a historical folk remedy for bronchitis, burns, catarrh and cold. Fir Balsam was applied to wounds during the American Civil war. It has been used traditionally for fever, rheumatic pain and any kind of respiratory or sinus infections.
Cautions: Fir Balsam Essential Oil is reported to produce dermatitis when applied as perfume in concentrated form. Use well diluted. Avoid use during pregnancy.
