Ingredients
- 1 ripe or frozen banana, broken into several pieces
- 1 medium ripe pear cut into chunks
- 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup apple juice or apple cider
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Optional: Sprinkle of nutmeg
- Make it Green! Throw in a hand full of baby spinach

- Combine all ingredients in blender
- Blend until smooth
